Delivery and Returns

Thank you for supporting Turning Point UK. Your purchases directly fund our work in schools, universities, and communities across the country.


1. Shipping Information

We strive to get your merch to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are sent via our standard delivery partner.

  • Standard Delivery (UK): £5.00

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £40.00

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the courier.


2. Returns Policy

We want you to be proud to wear your TPUK gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.


3. How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, we do not provide a generic return address on our packaging. Please follow these steps:

  1. Request an Address: Email our support team at support@tpstore.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply to your email with the specific return address and any necessary authorization forms.

  3. Post Your Item: Securely package your items and send them to the address provided in our email.

Important: Please do not send items back to the return address listed on your shipping label, as this may be a distribution warehouse that cannot process your refund. Only use the address provided to you via email.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
